Whenever you use our web site, or any other web site, the computer on which the web pages are stored (the Web server) needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the requested web pages to your Internet browser. The unique network address of your computer is called its “IP address,” and is sent automatically each time you access any Internet site. From a computer’s IP address, it is possible to determine the general geographic location of that computer, but otherwise it is anonymous.
We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself, in which case we also record your IP address for security purposes. An example of this would be when proceeding to a checkout to finalise an order you may wish to make. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order.
We offer scholarships on a limited case-by-case basis to Indonesian citizens who show strong interest in the topics presented in the the course they would like to attend. If the course is taught in english we require they have some basic english speaking skills to understand the content. Some courses will also offer a 1 or 2 day workshop only for Indonesian locals. If you work for an interesting NGO or Social Enterprise and feel that the course will aid you tremendously in your work to promote the betterment of mankind you may also be eligible for a scholarship. Unless otherwise stated in the the course description discounts are not available. The exception being Indonesian nationals and foreigners who hold a long-term residency visa such as a Kitas, Kitap, or retirement visa. Please contact us for further details.

Cancellations and Refunds
We get that sometimes stuff happens and you may not be able to attend a course that you paid for. Unless otherwise stated on the course’s webpage (some events have no refunds available), as long as you let us know at least 30 days before the start of the course we will give you your money back less an admin fee of USD$150 (this amount may vary depending on the course or event). Otherwise if you let us know within the month prior to the course we will issue you with a Credit Note (less the US$150 admin fee) valid for 1 year. The credit note is non transferrable for money.
Photos will be taken during each course and workshop at the event venue and will be used to share our experience with the world via our website and other promotional channels. If you would not like your photo to be taken and published please let us know during your time here.

We strive to make sure that all courses, workshops and products listed on our platforms are current, in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard email response and delivery of goods is 3-7 business days (within Bali); in the event we are unable to fulfill your request or order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative resolution. Prices shown are in US Dollars and Indonesian RP Rupiah.
Insurance cover needed.
Before signing up to Bamboo U and travelling to Bali to enjoy the course, you need to be enrolled into a trustworthy Health/Travel Insurance plan that covers all your trip essentials, as in case of acute illnesses, injuries and accidents and, also, luggage insurance to cover your personal property, documents, or additional travel assistance. It is the responsibility of the student to arrange it.
